You hereby have the irrevocable and unconditional right to respond to or rely on faxed instructions that you believe in your sole discretion originate from us or otherwise appear to comply with the terms of the mandate for the above accounts, and you will not be responsible for responding in good faith to the faxed instructions; that come from unauthorized persons or in no case.
